Pantry and Freezer Staples

Here is a list of pantry and freezer items to keep on hand. If you have these items, you are ready to entertain unexpected guests.

Dry/Can Staples:
Diced tomatoes Crushed tomatoes
Tomato sauce and paste
Chicken stock
Beef stock
Black  kidney and baked beans
Cream of mushroom or celery soup
Rice, white and brown
Spaghetti and noodles
Potatoes
Tuna

Refrigerator:
Garlic *
Red Onions*

Carrots
Eggs

Freezer:
Boneless chicken breasts
Hamburger
Pork tenderloins
Broccoli, Corn, Peas
Fish – Tilapia, salmon, shrimp
Berries
Phyllo dough
Bacon

Sour cream/Yogurt

 Ketchup Mustard – brown, yellow and Dijon
 Mayonnaise

 Lemon and Lime juice- for sauces/salads
